All livestock is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. This costs £12.00 for a spider and is a tracked and signed for service.

We offer a full DOA gaurantee. If, when you open your parcel, your spider hasn't made the journey, we will replace under these conditions - the parcel must have been opened as soon as signed for. Parcel must have been signed for on the first delivery attempt. And photographic evidence is taken of any perished livestock on opening your parcel.

We have a full 7 Day Guarantee on all our spiders & livestock once they are in their new homes. If something happens, please reach out with photos and information on your set up, including temperature, humidity and care routine. As long as postage (£12.00) is paid by yourself, we will honour our 7 day promise. (Wholesale not included)

No refunds will be given for spiders that go into premoult after purchase. If you pull out you will not received a refund. If you order and then change your mind, all refunds will be refunded back less 10% of purchase price, which covers a handling fee to cover time to fix website inventory.
